How long does my plan lasts for?

Each subscription plan lasts for 30 days from the day of purchase.

Will my plan renew automatically?

Subscriptions are renewed automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Where do I see my renewal day?

Your subscription renewal day will be shown to you after the purchase.

What happens with unused questions?

All question credits remaining in your account expire by the end of the subscription period. In other words, the question credits are lost if not used before the end of the subscription period.

Can I ask follow up or clarifying questions?

If your question requires a follow up question or more information, you can ask your CPA directly. In his/her reply your CPA will provide his contact info so you could reach out directly if some clarifications are needed. Follow up questions are free. No question credits will be deducted from your account.

What happens if a CPA is unable to provide an answer to my question? Will I lose my question credit?

If for some reason our CPA is not able to provide you with an answer or you are not satisfied with the provided information, your question credit will be returned. To request a return of the question credit, please this form.

What makes a CPA a verified professional?

All of our CPA’S have passed the Uniform CPA Examination and meet all the education and experience requirements. Additionally, all our CPA'S have a current valid license and they complete the yearly regulations required to keep the CPA designation.

Are my questions and information anonymous, private and secure?

All your questions are confidential between you and your CPA. If by any specific reason you want your questions or user information removed from your system, please fill this form.

What happens if I don’t get an answer within 72 hours?

If you didn’t receive an answer from our CPA within 72 hours you can fill out this form and we will provide you with a new question free of charge with any other CPA available.

Can I edit or cancel my question?

The submitted questions can’t be changed or cancelled. If you submitted a question by mistake or the answer is not required anymore, please fill out this form to request a cancellation of the question. Your request will be evaluated within 96 hrs. In case of approval, your question credit will be returned to your balance.

If I need to send a file or photo in order to complete my question how do I do it?

If there’s a need for any additional documentation you will be asked by your CPA to send an email and follow a specific set of steps.

Will I be charged for having an account on CPA2GO?

You will not be charged unless you signed up for a membership or submitted a question on the site.
